Here's what happens when you build a brand while doing marketing: the marketing starts working better. Your ads cost less because people recognise you. Conversion rates go up because people feel they already know you. Referrals increase because people have a clear way to describe what you do. The businesses that can afford to grow without ads spent years building something people trusted. Start the brand work now. The best time to plant that tree was five years ago.
